2 ways to Arrange Scabiosa Pods!

Today on At Home with Flowers- I’ll share two different ways to arrange Scabiosa Pods- One is a free form vase arrangement and the other is a contemporary hand tied bouquet.
Scabiosa Pods are the featured flower- in Episode #405- From the Earth of “J Schwanke’s Life in Bloom” and these bouquets are in that episode! (You can watch it here!)
Scabiosa Pods are the remaining flower seed pod from the Scabiosa Plant- and it’s a wonderful geometry dried type flower.
I have two different types- one from Torchio Nursery in the San Francisco Flower Mart- and another variety from Kennicott Brothers here in Grand Rapids… I pair them with Xanadu – a Fabulous Foliage from our Friends at FernTrust- using a twig container and bind wire- I show you step by step how to create these two uniquely different types of arrangements!
