It’s Chive Blossom Season- every spring- my perennial Chives -in my organic herb garden come into bloom- and they are so Beautiful! There’s so many things you can do with them- besides arranging- (I do love their little Allium Purple/Pink Spheres in flower arrangements!) – so I thought it would be fun to share some of those ideas with you today!
Let’s make Chive Vinegar- it’s great for salads, salad dressings or anywhere you might use flavored vinegar. Steeping the Chive Blossoms in White Vinegar- produces an amazing Pink colored Vinegar- that is alive with Chive Flavor! I share the simple process in this video- and also show you how to decant your results- and the beautiful pink flavored vinegar that results.
This is just another way for you enjoy Flowers at Home! Enjoy!
